We Are Enthusiastic About Property

What we stand for

We believe in creating value for the people we work for and with, for our tenants, landlords, investors and partners. In our work, we are driven by the qualities we value most integrity, openness and excellence.

Why we started

As landlords ourselves, our objective is to create modern, stylish and attractive accommodation for our clients to live in. We offer a high level of maintenance who are honest, hard-working, keep tenants happy, rooms fully let, properties well maintained and landlords and investors happy.

Mission

We started out in life back in 2013 as investors in Buy to Let properties and went on to build a fairly substantial portfolio. This gave us a very real grounding in understanding the everyday needs of tenants. We learned the difference between simply refurbishing properties for a quick let and re-developing for longer-term benefits. Seven years later we discovered a niche in the market for providing better quality houseshares and took the plunge into larger developments. And this was when Roomderful* was born.

Going forward

Our properties offer an unrivalled level of convenience allowing our tenants to concentrate on the more important aspects of life.

When it comes to shared housing we like to think of our properties as offering the opportunity to experience ‘Co-Living’ with a group of like-minded people with similar interests. A place people can truly call ‘home’.

well-established, family-run, Property Management Company.

Tony Poon

Founder - Director

Tony comes from a design background. He bought his first property back in 2013, having built a diverse portfolio during this time, he understood early on to stand out from the noise he had to do something different, accommodation should well be maintained, stylish and comfortable at the same time, happy tenants should always be a top priority. So Tony created Roomderful Ltd to meet these ever-increasing demands.

Yollen Li

Co-Founder

Yollen’s comes from a Banking background. She has 9 years of experience in admin and accountants. She has a strong understanding of marketing and selling property and being an independent firm, means her approach can be much more tailored than estate agents. What drives her is building the best business she can, which means providing a first-class service to all customers and clients.

Ryan Henderson

Foreign Investments

Ryan is an expert in building overseas relations. As a successful property investor himself he has helped 100’s of foreign investors specifically China,
Macau and Hong Kong increase their wealth by investing in property. Ryan is passionate about property, always up-to-date on the latest regulations and takes pride in building strong and long-lasting relationships with investors.
